	Michael Cohen and resident artists at Cohen Tiles have been making neat, functional stoneware for 42 years. Initially they made a variety of stoneware bowls, mugs, and trays etc. In 1997 they created a line of Blue Tiles tiles that have become extremely popular. So popular that they stopped making most everything but Blue Tiles. There are nearly 3 dozen different designs. These unique handmade tiles are individually cut from stoneware clay. Original designs are pressed into the tile. It is then colored with brilliant blue glaze and highlighted with molten glass.

	We did our research and found a candle company that uses soy because of negative information about paraffin-based or soy-blend candles. Long Creek Candle Company uses 100% soy. Why would a person want to burn a soy-based candle from Long Creek, you ask? Here are just a few reasons: They last up to 30% longer. They are clean burning, and never emit harmful soot or fumes. They use natural soy coated cotton wicks. Have a maximum fragrance load that the soy can hold. If a candle is spilled, it is easily cleaned up with soap and water. Candles are made from renewable resources grown by American farmers. The glass jars, wicks, and even the labels are made in the USA! The folks at Long Creek recommend you burn the candle for at least 4 hours at a time for even burning. The Story... The Mad Bluebird is a famous picture of a bluebird taken by professional photographer Michael L. Smith in 1979 . Smith, an electrician by trade, is an avid birdwatcher who had spent many years worth of summer nights camping in outdoor conditions suitable for photographing birds. One day he set up a camera on a tripod in his backyard, about fifteen feet away from his fence, and waited inside with a remote-controlled trigger. He waited until he saw the bird facing the camera and then shot the famous picture. To date he has sold at least 128,000 signed copies of his photograph, and the picture has been reproduced on untold thousands more various pieces of merchandise, including throws, coffee mugs, and t-shirts. The history of the Pairpoint Glass Company dates back to 1837 when the Mount Washington Glass Works was founded in South Boston, Massachusetts. Mount Washington merged with Pairpoint Manufacturing in 1894, and has operated under the Pairpoint name ever since. All Pairpoint Glass products are handmade, quantities are limited, and colors vary by piece.
