Friends:
Our very first customer back in 1991 peaked his head inside the doorway as
we were still setting up shelving units.
 "Got any oilers?" he asked, smiling as he glanced at our initial
inventory of bird feeders and such. A few minutes later, Dennis Setarski hauled fifty
pounds of sunflower seeds to his car. What he left behind, though, was delight & joy.
Perhaps it's an omen, we thought - ringing up our first sale without even displaying our
'open' sign.
We're indeed fortunate. It's fun meeting new customers everyday, but it's even more fun
seeing longtime friends like the Setarski's who continue to visit J.J. Cardinal's.
