admittedly we're "low-tech"...no fancy shopping cart feature largely 'cause we
love talking with folks! Your call is answered directly by the same knowledgeable staff
who assist customers in our store. We strive to be helpful, swift, and accurate in
handling your call. Orders are typically in transit within 24-hours, often same day. And one of the people who makes that happen is Tom (left) our dependable UPS driver*. He's an upbeat, hard-working fellow who resides in the area with his wife and handsome kids. Delivery professionals like Tom are a critical part of our success - and your ultimate satisfaction. * Sorry to say our all-time favorite UPS driver is off on medical leave and may be taking an early retirement. Mend well, Tom! Tired of those internet only "stores"? You know the type: limited selection with minimal information, chock-filled with low-end merchandise. Products that most reputable stores don't or won't stock, and certainly not used by anyone affiliated with the web design firm (because they likely are not naturalists or birders). At J.J. Cardinal's you will only find products that we've researched and use ourselves. It's kind of like having your own R&D department and Consumer Reports, combined. Yes indeedy, we have experience sending goods throughout North America - coast-to-coast. We ship packages several times each week via UPS; lightweight packages under a pound can be shipped via United States Postal for about $5 ("Priority Mail").
